Brandlyshot Terms of Service

Brandlyshot turns your product photos into studio shots, lifestyle scenes, models and ads using AI. AI video is on the way, and these terms will cover it when it launches.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Brandlyshot for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.

You sign in with an account that you create. Give us accurate details and keep your sign in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

One person, one account. Please do not share logins or use several accounts to get around free credit or usage limits.

You keep ownership of the photos, logos and words you upload or write (your inputs). You confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, and that using them with Brandlyshot does not break the rights of anyone else.

As between you and Brandlyshot, you own the images we make for you (your results). You can use them for any lawful purpose, including in your shop, on marketplaces, in ads and on social media, with no extra fee.

To run the service, you give Brandlyshot a worldwide, non exclusive licence to store, process, adapt and display your inputs and results. We use it to make your results, show them to you, keep your history, provide support, keep the service safe and check and improve how well it works. It lasts while your content is on our service and for a short time afterwards in our backups.

We will not show your photos or results publicly, such as in our own marketing, without asking you first.

Because AI makes the results, other users may get similar images, and the law on copyright for AI made images is still changing. We cannot promise that a result can be protected by copyright.

Use Brandlyshot lawfully and honestly. You must not:

• Upload or make anything illegal, or that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
• Make sexual content, content involving minors, or content that is hateful, violent or harassing.
• Use photos of real people without their permission, or make results that imply a real person backs a product when they do not.
• Make misleading claims, fake reviews or images meant to deceive buyers about what a product is or does.
• Try to break, probe or overload the service, scrape it, or get around limits, credits or safety checks.
• Resell access to Brandlyshot or use it to build a competing AI product.

We may refuse a job, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

AI is powerful and imperfect. A result can differ from your real product or contain mistakes. We run automatic checks on results and may flag anything that looks off, but we cannot promise every result is exact.

Before you publish anything, look at it. You are responsible for how you use your results, for any claims you make about your product, and for following the rules of the places you publish, such as marketplaces and ad platforms. Those rules change, and some require you to disclose AI made images. People generated by AI are not real people.

Brandlyshot runs on credits, not a subscription. You buy credits and spend them when you create. We show the price of a pack, and the credit cost of a job, before you pay.

• Credits are used only when a job succeeds. If a job fails, you are not charged.
• If you are not happy with a result, you can run that job once more free of charge. Choosing Try another idea, or starting a new job, uses credits like any other job.
• Credits you buy do not expire while your account is active. The 3 free credits we give new accounts expire 7 days after you sign up. Each account gets them once.
• Refunds: if you buy a credit pack and have not used any of its credits, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase by writing to us at the contact email below. Credits that you have already used are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Payments are handled by a payment provider. We do not store your card number. Prices may include taxes where required, and we may change prices for future purchases.

We work hard to keep Brandlyshot available, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may add, change or remove features, including to improve quality or to add video.

Brandlyshot uses third party services, such as AI model providers, sign in, storage and payments. We may change providers when we need to. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

The Brandlyshot name, logo, software and design belong to us and are protected by law. These terms do not give you any right to them, other than the right to use the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

You can stop using Brandlyshot at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, put the service or other people at risk, or if the law requires it. If we end your account without a reason related to you, we will refund the unused credits you bought.

Brandlyshot is provided as it is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty about results, quality, fitness for a purpose or results meeting any marketplace rule.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost sales or listing removals. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before it starts. If you keep using Brandlyshot after a change starts, you accept the new terms.
