Brandlyshot Privacy Policy

Your photos are your business. This policy explains what Brandlyshot collects, why we collect it, who helps us run the service, and the choices you have. Brandlyshot is run by EIGENTIC INTELLIGENCE - FZCO, which is the controller of your data.

01What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and sign in information, handled through our sign in provider.
  • Your content: the photos and logos you upload, the words you type (such as headlines and product descriptions), your settings, and the results we make for you.
  • Usage and technical data: your device and browser type, IP address, pages and features you use, jobs you run, and error logs.
  • Payment details: when payments start, a payment provider collects your card details. We receive a record of the purchase, never your full card number.

02How we use it

  • To make your results, show them to you and keep your history.
  • To run, secure and improve Brandlyshot, including checking how well our results match your photos and fixing problems.
  • To prevent abuse, fraud and misuse of free credits.
  • To take payments, give support and send service messages such as receipts and important updates.
  • To meet legal duties.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos or results to train our own AI models, and we do not show them publicly without asking you first.

03Who we share it with

We use trusted companies to help run Brandlyshot. They get only what they need to do their job.

  • AI model providers, such as Google and fal, which process your photos and settings to make results. We send them only what is needed for the job.
  • Sign in, cloud hosting and file storage providers, which keep your account and files running.
  • Payment and monitoring providers, as we add them.
  • Authorities or advisers when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
  • A buyer or successor, if Brandlyshot is ever sold or merged. We would tell you first.

04AI and people in photos

Please do not upload photos of people unless you have their permission. We do not use facial recognition to identify anyone.

Some results carry invisible or visible marks that show they were made with AI. Please leave them in place where the law or a marketplace expects them.

05Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools that keep you signed in and keep the site working. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

06How long we keep it

We keep your account and content while your account is open, so you can find your history. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your content within a reasonable time, unless the law says we must keep some records, such as payments. Backups and logs are removed on a regular cycle.

07Where your data goes

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we use approved safeguards for those transfers.

08Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, download or delete your personal data, to object to or limit some uses, and to complain to your data protection authority. To use any of these rights, contact us. We may need to confirm it is you first.

09Security

We protect your data with access controls, encrypted connections and trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong sign in and tell us quickly if you think your account was misused.

10Children

Brandlyshot is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Brandlyshot grows, for example when we add video. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by email.
